Straw / yellow rhum agricole distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice. Aged at least 2 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels.

Two years in a large oak vat gives this rhum a nice yellow color and a much smoother taste. Unfortunately this rhum is only available in France or at the distillery when they are bottling this special rhum
