Cranberry red, hibiscus, ginger, cardamom and kaffir lime-flavored rum distilled from fermented molasses.
Made by cold maceration of fair trade hibiscus, organic ginger, cardamom and kaffir lime and rum in a pot still. After distillation, hum is bottled, unfiltered to retain as much flavor as possible.
Blended by Chicago bartender, Adam Seger, Hum is a cardamom forward rum based liqueur, though it is not sweetened as you would expect from other spirits in the liqueur category. Hum is definitely unique and can be mixed in a variety of cocktials.
