Dark copper rum distilled from fermented molasses. Aged 10 years in used bourbon and whisky barrels and then finished in sherry casks.

This selected blend of rums from Barbados and Guyana is aged 5 years in the Caribbean and then aged another 5 years in Palo Cortado sherry and “Don Guido” Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
