Special Refined Grenada Dark Rum

Dark brown rum distilled from fermented molasses. Aged less than 1 year. The caramel flavoring adds to the full rum flavor of this rum. In addition to cocktails, I use this rum when I cook to add a real rum flavor to pancakes, syrup and toppings.

Clarke's Court Superior Light Rum

Clear rum distilled from fermented sugar cane juice, syrup and/or molasses depending on availability. Aged less than one year in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Light rum taste in a clear rum with subtle lingering flavors normally found in rums distilled from fresh sugar cane juice.
