Light brown grand arome distilled from fermented molasses and vinasse from a previous distillation. Rests three months prior to bottling in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Grand arome is unique among the rums of the Eastern Caribbean though not considered the highest quality of the Martinique rums.

Clear rum distilled from fermented molasses. One of the few rums sold in Martinique which is made from molasses as opposed to freshly squeezed sugar cane juice.
