White rum distilled from fermented sugar cane syrup. Distilled three times in a copper pot still then diluted with water from a volcanic spring in Queensland.

rum distilled from fermented molasses. Aged at least two years. Double distilled in copper pot stills after a three-week fermentation.

Inner Circle Rum Pty Limited

Brown rum distilled from fermented molasses. The copper color of the other Inner Circle rums has given way to a darker bronze color with hints of green pepper, nuts and the tart taste of unripened fruit on the palate. The smoky finish is modestly truncated with only a slight oily quality.
