Pale gold rhum agricole distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice. Aged in used whisky and bourbon barrels.

Introduced in 2000, Saint Etienne ?lev? Sous Bois is aged 1 to 2 years in used oak barrels at the Saint Etienne estate in Gros Morne where it is bottled.
